Sara Beth Prewitt has 15 years of experience working in the counseling field. She provides therapy for all ages, childhood to adult. She works with clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem issues, disruptive behaviors and transitional life stages. She uses a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Reality Therapy. She is a Christian and offers clients the option of integrating their Christian beliefs into the counseling process. She provides empathy and support in a warm safe environment.
