Hannah provides therapy to individuals struggling with a variety of presenting problems such as trauma, anxiety, depression, sports performance, and body image issues. She utilizes solution-focused, somatic processing, emotion focused and cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques. Hannah is trained in EMDR therapy which she uses to assist clients in working through traumatic experiences or unhealthy beliefs. She is also a certified yoga instructor and uses her knowledge of the body-mind connection to help clients learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques. In her free time, Hannah enjoys quality time with her family and friends, hiking and reading.
